Booking and Deposit Policy
Please carefully read and consider our booking and deposit policy below. Please only book your treatment if you agree to abide by this policy.
We trust you will find that our policy is fair and flexible. We accept free and unlimited rescheduling, cancellations and deposit refunds as long as the change/cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your treatment and when made using the online link provided in your confirmation email.
Deposit Payable
£15 for the majority of treatments, with the below exceptions:
- Full price of the treatment if the treatment price is £18 and below
- £30 for advanced treatments, or those longer than 60 minutes
- £50 for Semi-Permanent Makeup treatments (microblading, microshading and lip blush)
- £0 for anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and free consultations
Gift Cards
- Gift cards can be redeemed against any treatment except injectable treatments (by Dr Sonia) and nail treatments (by Cristina)
- If you have a Gift Card to redeem, a deposit is still required to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded on completion of your treatment or you can choose to offset against the treatment cost.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Accepted if made at least 24 hours before the booking
- MUST be made online using the link provided in the booking confirmation email (not accepted over the phone, text, email or voicemail)
- If canceled, deposit paid will be promptly refunded in full
NOT accepted if less than 24 hours before the booking
- No exceptions, for any reason personal or otherwise, whether due COVID or due to factors within or outside of the client’s control
- The rescheduling link provided in the confirmation email will not work if within the 24 hours window
- Full deposit will be forfeited. It will not be refunded or transferred to a new booking under any circumstance.
- New booking must be made online, and new deposit payable
No Shows
- Full deposit will be forfeited. It will not be refunded or transferred to a new booking under any circumstance.
- New booking must be made online, and new deposit payable
- Repeat offenders will be banned from making a booking
