Turned up and the place is very welcoming and clean. Had an Aromatherapy massage which was really fantastic and Katie Korakod knows what she is doing. I now feel relaxed and more straight! The head massage towards the end was excellent. Staff are very friendly and the whole place is professional and brilliant. Prices are good and well worth the treatment. I will so come again and its a 5 stars all the way!

I recently had my microblading done at House of Beauty, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve had a scar on my eyebrow for years and have wanted to get this done for such a long time, and I’m so glad I waited, because I finally found the perfect place and the perfect person to do it.

Anna is incredibly talented and truly an artist. She didn’t just transform my brows — she gave me back my confidence. I’ve reached out to Nuchido about ten times since last week trying to secure a refund, yet all I received were automated, scripted replies with no follow-up phone calls. It’s been incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored despite my repeated efforts to get in touch.

The customer service here is severely lacking. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, every interaction has felt impersonal and dismissive. It’s disappointing to see a company not standing behind its product, especially when issues arise.

On top of that, after using the product, I experienced a severe migraine—the worst I’ve ever had—along with intense stomach cramping that persisted throughout the day. These adverse reactions not only ruined my day but also made me question the safety and quality of what’s being offered.

If you’re considering Nuchido, I strongly urge you to proceed with extreme caution. A company that can’t provide proper support or take responsibility for its product should be a major red flag. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend risking your health or your money with this product.

Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. I’m sharing my story in hopes that others will be forewarned and avoid the headache—both literally and figuratively—that I’ve endured.

She’s the best. I’ve been getting filler since I was 18 but have always been very cautious with who I see. When I started my filler journey it was challenging finding good people local to me. Therefore I would travel to London, see a dr and spend a lot of money. Anna charges a really fair price which means it’s much easier to maintain and she delivers the highest standard of care and knowledge I’ve ever received. I cannot recommend Anna enough. She’s a hard working, efficient and smart lady. I always look foward to our visits. So informative and I completely, whole heartedly trust her with my face. Thankyou Anna.

Anna is an extremely knowledgeable and professional beautician. Since she started my B12 injections (after the NHS said my blood tests were normal which they weren’t), my energy has increased steadily. I book online and pop in once or twice a week. Always prompt with no waiting. I initially went for Botox as (to be honest) she was cheaper but her accuracy with the needle and the results were better than anywhere else I’d been so I’ve continued. If Anna were based in Ascot, for example, she could/would probably charge a lot more. Highly recommend.

Update May 2024: still absolutely love coming to see Anna, I’m a big fan of her signature facial, she gets my sensitive skin and always tailors the treatment for me. Since I last posted I’ve also had polynucleotides with Anna and seen great results!

Love HOB! I’ve had a few treatments (facials and mesotherapy) with them and have been super impressed with them all. They do wonderful facials at a reasonable price, I’ve had brilliant ones with both Anna and Anastasiia. Anna is fantastic, always sharing beauty tips and you can see she’s passionate about her work and creating a great experience for her customers.

The knowledge that Anna has is amazing, she thoroughly explains the treatment and the benefits before , during and after the treatment. Loved it, wasn’t too painful. This is my day post treatment, a little red still and my skin feels a little tight. Using the repair cream which is lovely and thick and absorbs wonderfully. Will definitely do another one and highly recommend Anna.
